Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle customer service issues as needed. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and perform additional duties assigned. Guitar Center develops and nurtures lifelong musicians, fostering an inclusive environment that puts customers first.
