Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality craftsmanship and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned include following through on work activities to resolve issues without being requested. Gain product knowledge through certification and train learners on techniques.
