Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques and store operations. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
