Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
