Retail Guitar Repair Tech

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Additional duties are assigned as needed.
