Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, stepping in to handle service issues as needed. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with preferences for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, while also taking initiative to learn quickly and develop skills in store operations, sales, and leadership.
