Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty work and store inventory upkeep. Deliver a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience and address service issues. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and customer engagement.
