Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as needed. Gain certification through the GC program to understand products and sales techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
