Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality craftsmanship and great customer experience. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and training initiatives.
