Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty repairs, while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences, providing excellent service and handling customer service issues when they arise. Identify opportunities to increase business through quality work and great customer engagement, utilizing product knowledge to support sales initiatives. Complete additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
