Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, including warranty work, while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, offering excellent service and handling customer service issues when they arise. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality craftsmanship and sales techniques.
