Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and great customer service. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music. Successful technicians connect meaningfully with customers, demonstrate initiative in resolving issues, and may participate in the GC certification program to develop product and sales knowledge.
