Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues as they arise. Identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned.
