Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory while capitalizing on opportunities to increase business through great customer service. Work full-time hours with a base pay plus commission structure. As a skilled guitar repair technician, you will apply foundational product knowledge to resolve issues and train learners effectively. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
