Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring a positive customer experience while handling warranty repairs. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. Complete repair tasks with a high level of craftsmanship and address customer service issues as needed.
