Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine and approachable demeanor. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge and follow through on work activities without being requested. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
