Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle customer service issues as they arise. Execute additional duties as assigned while building business through quality work and great customer service.
