Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory. Execute warranty repair work and ensure a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Handle customer service issues as needed while following through on identified opportunities to resolve tasks. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
