Repair customer-owned guitars and maintain store-owned gear with high craftsmanship; interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, identify opportunities, and complete warranty repairs. Participate in GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques; emphasize customer-focused service, initiative, and ability to train others while contributing to store operations and overall business through quality work and strong customer relationships.
