Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with high-level craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues directly. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians through quality service. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales, while also developing skills in product knowledge and leadership. You may be asked to train learners and communicate techniques effectively.
