Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, stepping in to handle service issues as needed. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and participation in the GC certification program for product and sales knowledge. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to resolve issues and developing skills in store operations and leadership.
