Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and customer service issues as needed. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through quality service and inclusive environments.
