Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to capitalize on business opportunities. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with a preference for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain an understanding of products and sales techniques.
