Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Execute additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music. Successful candidates demonstrate initiative, strong selling skills, and the ability to train learners. Base pay is combined with commissions.
