Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle customer service issues as they arise. Execute additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred. Base pay plus commissions.
