Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly while following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in store operations, sales, and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive environment.
