Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as they arise. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
