Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while maintaining high levels of craftsmanship. Assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory and handle customer service issues as needed. Gain certification in products and sales techniques through the GC program.
