Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle customer service issues as they arise. Work full-time hours with a base pay plus commission structure. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
