Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling customer service issues. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable customers to experience the joy of creating music.
