Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve tasks without prompting. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through high-quality craftsmanship and inclusive customer service.
