Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while utilizing initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues without being asked. Complete GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, and train learners on techniques and information.
