Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge preferred. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
