Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while delivering a high level of craftsmanship and excellent customer experience. Handle customer service issues directly and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve problems or capitalize on sales. Gain certification in sales techniques and train learners on product knowledge and repair techniques.
