Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales and product knowledge. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center offerings. This role supports the mission of developing lifelong musicians and enabling them to experience the joy of creating music.
