Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and sell instruments as needed. Train learners on techniques and product information. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Base pay plus commissions.
