Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and problem resolution. Handle additional duties as assigned, including following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities or resolve issues without being requested. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music by delivering high-quality craftsmanship and fostering a supportive environment for both customers and staff.
