Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with an approachable and genuine demeanor. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain sales techniques and may be asked to train learners. Base pay plus commissions are offered, with gig leave available for musicians.
