Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Apply craftsmanship to resolve technical issues while following through on assigned duties to build business through quality work. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music. Successful technicians demonstrate customer focus, initiative, and the ability to train others while understanding product knowledge.
