Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while delivering a high level of craftsmanship and customer experience. Handle customer service issues directly and identify opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales through initiative. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and assist in training learners on techniques and store operations.
