Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Execute additional duties as assigned while applying skilled understanding of guitar repair. Gain product knowledge through certification and assist in training learners.
