Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine and knowledgeable approach. Additional duties as assigned may include following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities and developing skills in product knowledge and sales.
