Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through quality craftsmanship and great customer experiences. Interact with customers to ensure positive outcomes and handle customer service issues as needed. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred. Base pay plus commissions.
