Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music. Employees may be eligible for gig leave if they are musicians, and the position offers a base pay structure with commissions.
