Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and resolving issues directly. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain an understanding of products and sales techniques. Base pay plus commissions are included in the compensation structure.
