Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Apply initiative to identify opportunities for resolving issues and capitalize on sales opportunities through product knowledge. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively. Schedule is full-time with base pay plus commissions.
