Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Execute warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences, handling service issues with a genuine, knowledgeable approach. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge and follow through on work activities without being asked. Complete additional duties as assigned.
