Retail Guitar Repair Tech - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues. Handle additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through quality service and craftsmanship.
