Job Summary
Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations to perform counts and meet productivity goals that drive performance-based pay increases. Stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment, bending and reaching as needed. Earn up to $2.00 per hour within the first six months based on accuracy, with additional earning opportunities available. No inventory experience required; training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
