Job Summary
Conduct inventory counts for grocery retailers, achieving established average per hour goals while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Communicate clearly with customers to build trust and cooperation, then take initiative to suggest approaches that improve performance and organizational effectiveness. Work primarily on your feet, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders to lift items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Requires reliable transportation and ability to work varied hours, including overnight assignments. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within six months based on productivity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
- Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules
